After 3 weeks of being in Monash University, I'll say it's pretty much different from
the pre-u days in MUFY. MUFY prepared us for part of this, but not enough
I must say. Alot of us are crumbling under the assignments which suddenly appeared out of thin air. And I've decided to go back to typing perfect English in this blog to prepare myself for all the writing I'm will be doing in the next 24 months. Lucky for me, most of my assignments are due 2 weeks from now, with the 1 week break time for me to complete as much work as I can.
Oh yea, I'm contemplating joining a Visual-kei influenced band with Alexis, even
if my drumming is crappy, but I think with enough practice I should be able to get a hang
of it. *Important note - I do not have my own drum set, so I cannot practice at home. Only
way to practice would be going to the jamming studios.* By the way, one of the many
reasons why I want to join the band would be because ofAlexis, who I think is very cute and rate a 8/10,maybe 9/10
the visual-kei. Damn, I hope she will never find this blog. This band would be for competing in the Band competition held by the MPAC, or the
Monash Performing Arts Club. Damn, hope I don't humiliate myself during practice. Maybe I'll go alone first to get some solo practice.
And oh yes, there were mixed reaction the my hair, seeing that none of them had
ever seen my hair this short before. The past 4 years I've kept it at a average length, not this short. They say it's better, but I bet they are just saying it to not make me feel bad. Or maybe short hair keeps with their standard of being neat. And now only did some of them know that i wear earrings =.= .Nowadays, it's bloody cold :(
One thing's for sure, I'm using more of the moving rubber than before, even if the
one I'm using now is actually for a longer length, like my old hair's length.
And I cut my hair a little too soon. If I had seen Nicholas Tse's hairstyle earlier, I would
have gotten that instead.
I guess thats all of the major updates on my life. Going of to listen to some Slipknot/techno/Darkwave or should I start listening more Visual-kei to get back the beat.
